Each engagement is led by a Project Director who serves as the single point of contact for your organization. The Project Director coordinates the work and brings in the right expertise at the right time.
Our model is designed to be flexible and practical for our partners. We bill only for the hours our team works, allowing organizations to scale support up or down as needs evolve.
